District Level Quiz Competition

District level Quizz Competition Program has been completed on 27 DEC 2021(12th of Paush 2078) and organized by REC, Ghorahi, Dang. Siddharth Academy Ghorahi Dang (Rohan Karn, Sadhana Pokhrel and Sharad Chaudhary) won the first place in the competition in which 9 schools under Plus Two Science in Dang district participated, Secondary School Rajhena Dang (Mohan Gharti Magar, Umesh Gharti Magar and Kamal Aryal) won the 2nd place and Padmodaya Public Model Secondary School, Ghorahi, Dang (Agni Subedi, Swabhiman Poudel and  Arju Basnet) got the third position. On the occasion, Siddharth Academy, which won the first position, received a certificate with NRs.15,000 cash, High School Rajhena which placed second received a certificate with NRs.10,000 cash and Padmodaya Public Sample Secondary School, which placed third, received a certificate with NRs.5,000 cash.

The program was completed under the chairmanship of Rapti Engineering College Management Committee President Dr.Bhimsen Gir and Ghorahi Sub-Metropolis Education, Youth and Sports Division Chief Binod Gautam as the chief guest. The chief guest of the program said that Rapti Engineering College has played an important role in exposing their talents to the society by hiding behind them for the transformation of the society. Also, he said to REC that entrepreneurship, education, sports and other subjects should be more engaged among students with social transformation. The program was attended by the principal of the college Resham Giri, director Madhusudan Baidhaya, teachers, staff and students. Facilitation of the program was done by Associate Professor Damodar Giri and Er.Sharmila Dahit.
