District level Quiz competition completed

The District Level Quiz Competition has been completed on 16^th of Falgun, 2079 , organized by Rapti Engineering College Ghorahi Dang. In the competition, Rosy Buds Bal Batika Secondary School Lamahi (Kamal Panthi, Savita Sunam and Sudeep Paudel) won the first place where 11 schools under +2 Science in Dang district took part, Padmodaya Public Model Secondary School Ghorahi Dang (Tara Shrestha, Khum Bahadur Basnet) and Chuman Mahara) got the second position and Dang Valley Secondary School Ghorahi Dang (Pryush Paudel, Mohan Subedi and Sunita Vishwakarma) got the third position.

On the occasion, Rosy Buds Bal Batika Secondary School, which won the first position, received a certificate with 15,000 cash, Shree Padmodaya Public Model Secondary School, which placed second, received a certificate with 10,000 cash, and Dang Valley Secondary School, which placed third, received a certificate with 5,000 cash. The program was completed with the presence of Rapti Engineering College Managing Director Dr.Bhimsen Giri as Chairman, Head of National Examination Board Ramlal Khadka as a chief guest. Chief guest Khadka expressed his special thanks to the participating students from different schools, principals and teachers of participating schools. Also, thanking everyone who managed to get the first, second and third place, he informed that even government level schools are not weaker than private level schools. Special thanks were given by Chief guest to Rapti Engineering College  for organizing program by preparing questions covering such diverse genres for the first time in such competitive Quiz program.

He said that Rapti Engineering College has been producing skilled technical manpower for a long time and has played an important role in bringing out the hidden talent in the society. The guest of the program, Principal of Padmodaya Public Model Secondary School, Ghorahi, Dang,  Mr.Ram Prasad Jaisi express his gratitude towards the college for organizing a District Level Quiz program among the students studying in class 12 of different schools scattered across Dang district. He also thanked the participating students from different schools and gave special thanks to the students who won first, second and third place.
